For up to 5 acres of vegetables and cotton, HTP-22 or HTP-30 is enough. For 5-15 acres of orchards and row crops, HTP-50 / HTP-60 work well. For 15+ acres or contract spraying, choose the heavy-duty HTP-80, HTP-120 or HTP-150 with higher LPM output.

Each model lists the recommended HP - HTP-22 needs 1.5-2 HP, HTP-30 needs 2-2.5 HP, HTP-50 needs 3-4 HP, HTP-60 needs 5.5-12 HP, HTP-80 needs 6.5-7 HP, HTP-120 needs 7-9.5 HP and HTP-150 needs 14-16 HP. Match the engine or electric motor to the pump's RPM range for best output.

Pressure ranges from 0-40 kg/cm² on the smaller HTP-22 up to 0-70 kg/cm² on the HTP-60. That's enough for tall fruit trees, coconut palms and long-distance spraying through extended hose lines.

Check the gear oil every 80-100 hours of use and top up if needed. Plunger seals, O-rings and valves typically last one full season - we recommend a service kit replacement before the next spraying cycle to avoid pressure drop.
